In conjunction with this year’s Roswell Reads & Writes, there exists an opportunity for submitting our (and our learners’ writing).

Roswell Writes (the High Plains Writing Project at ENMU-Roswell) will have a “gallery” in partnership with the National Gallery (galleryofwriting.org).

Submission Deadline:  5 p.m. Oct 12

Guidelines:  Writers of any age may submit one composition.

Composition may include (but is not limited to): electronic presentations, blog posts, documentary/video clips, poetry readings, “how to” directions, short stories, memos.  Written entries will be placed in the Roswell Reads Anthology.

Writing submissions will not be modified.

Writing will not be accepted that violates any local, state, national, or international law, or if it encourages or provides instructions for a criminal offense.

Entries may not include any unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, “junk mail”, “spam”, “chain letters”, or any other form of solicitation.

Writers will be asked to include information about themselves and the reasons for submitting this writing (info on national website).  Writers may not impersonate any person or entity or otherwise misrepresent themselves, their age, or their affiliation with any person or entity.

Selections will be revealed on October 20th, the National Day on Writing.
