The New Mexico Aging and Long-Term Services Department provides temporary training opportunities to persons age 55 years or older with low incomes.

The Senior Employment Program provides work experience, on-the-job training, and skills development or enhancement. Older workers may be assisted in finding temporary, parti-time training assignments in such locations as senior cenrs, private non-profit organizations and governmental offices.
